* Basic Hummus *

Basic Hummus
1 can chick peas (drain ¾ of the juice)
2 cloves garlic
¼ cup of a good extra virgin olive oil
¼ cup sesame (Tahini) paste
pinch of kosher salt &  cracked pepper
juice of ½ lemon
1 tsp cumin
dash of cayenne pepper
