1/3 cup oil ( I like olive oil but safflower works well too and has less saturated fat)
1/3 cup honey
1 TB kosher salt
3 Cups water
6-8 cups of fresh ground wheat
1 TB yeast

These pictures were taken of the same beds about 5 weeks apart. The front bed has a few peppers and tomatoes. The back bed is zucchini which is blooming up a storm.
Here are a few more pictures of the garden. The pots have green beans in them which are full of floweres.
