For Christmas we got a Lello 3000 (click here)  pasta maker. We grind soft wheat for our flour and have had wonderful results! YUMMY.

The Old Schoolhouse Magazine advertised a great site today called Worksheet Works.  The printable worksheets from this site are wonderful.  You can even customize your own to fit your families needs. The part I like best is they are free!  Be sure and bookmark this one.
